You can choose from 1 K, 5 K, 10 K and 15 K courses through the beautiful dune area, over the beach and start and finish on the Boulevard. You get a free cool running shirt, BIB number, time registration, free photos and of course a big medal!

With your participation you also support sick children in the Juliana Children’s Hospital The Hague where all donations go to.

The Juliana Children’s Hospital (JKZ) has been a household name in The Hague and the surrounding area since 1885.

When it was founded, the hospital only had 6 beds. The JKZ is now a children’s hospital with a large clinic and 90 beds in several nursing departments. We treat premature babies and children with (congenital) disorders or other problems in our Neonatology department. The Juliana Children’s Hospital has the largest emergency room for children in the Netherlands. Every year we treat more than 18,000 children here.

The JKZ is the only non-academic children’s hospital in the Netherlands. In the JKZ you will find all specialisms under one roof. Our specialists work together a lot. With each other, but also with the specialists from the Haga Hospital. The doctor who treats your child is always a paediatrician or a doctor who specializes in pediatric medicine. And the nurses are always specialized pediatric nurses. As a result, your son or daughter can always count on the best care.
